Jim Sipe, Jr. is a Harrisonburg native and Cum Laude graduate of the University of Richmond. Jim is also a graduate of the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Jim has been recognized as a Broker by the Virginia Real Estate Board and is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Along with being the Immediate Past President of the Harrisonburg/Rockingham Association of Realtors, Jim is also an active member of the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
