Kemper Funkhouser is a life-long resident of Harrisonburg, VA. He is a graduate of James Madison University's College of Business where he majored in Finance. His studies focused on Real Estate Finance, Investment Analysis, and Marketing.

Kemper has over six years of real estate marketing experience and strives to stay ahead of the curve through continuous education and by attending state and national conferences. His real estate marketing resume includes the marketing of many types of properties including multi-million dollar development projects, million dollar homes, and all types of commercial space. Kemper is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia and is currently helping home buyers and investors in residential sales and purchases.

Kemper stays involved with the community by offering time and resources to many organizations including the Boy's & Girl's Club of America, the Harrisonburg Education Foundation and the JMU Duke Club.
